The Department of Recreation, Adventure and Wellness (DRAW) has a variety of positions throughout the year that are needed to support our programs. They include assisting with Outdoor Adventures, lifeguards, and fitness instructors.
30 Group fitness: Teach specialized Group Fitness classes on a regular basis. Certification and experience required. Essential
30 Perform lifeguard duties at the UAF Patty Pool. Lifeguard certification required. Essential
40 Outdoor Adventures: Assist with tripping program as a lead or assistant field instructor. Staff the office for rental operations. Support the climbing wall during route setting and/or belay classes. Support special events and help with program development. Essential
