DRAW and the Student Recreation Center is looking for dependable student employees to join our staff. Knowledge of UAF, DRAW and the SRC is helpful, but not necessary. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to make others smile is a requirement!
100 Perform customer service duties and answer inquiries via phone, in person, and/or email. Operate office equipment including multi-line phones, large copiers, fax, cash register, and credit card machine. Assist University staff, students, and visitors as needed or requested. Sale of passes, memberships, make deposits of receipts, filing, additional tasks as they arise. All work is done under the supervision of the office staff. Essential
The Department of Recreation, Adventure and Wellness (DRAW) is looking for students to work the SRC membership services desk. You will be the first point of contact for the department, on the phone or in person, operating the front desk. Professionalism and excellent customer service skills are a must! The SRC is open Mon-Fri 5:30am to 10:00pm; Sat 9:00am to 10:00pm; and Sun noon to 7:00pm. We will work around your class schedule. Join our team today!!!
