Position Summary: The Bristol Bay Campus is looking for a temporary employee to perform general reception and clerical duties weeknights and weekends.


20FACILITATING OPERATION OF CAMPUS: Maintain awareness of campus spaces. Assist with opening and closing procedures. Inform supervisor of any building/janitorial needs they come across. Assist with organizing and monitoring bulletin boards, general upkeep.Essential
30ASSIST/FACILITATE COMPLETION OF CAMPUS PROJECTS: Marketing of courses, creating flyers and brochures. Campus Inventory of office equipment and supplies.Essential
50GENERAL RECEPTION and CLERICAL DUTIES: Receiving, screening, assisting with and directing phone customers to proper destinations. Receiving and distributing materials for/from students, faculty and staff E.G. registration forms, student assignments. CLERICAL DUTIES: faxing, provide clerical support, including maintaining office supplies, assisting faculty and staff, copying, and mail-room duties.Essential

The Bristol Bay Campus is looking for a temporary employee to perform general reception and clerical duties weeknights and weekends.

This is a temporary position - working no more than 29 hours per week and is hired on an as needed basis.

5-8:30pm weeknights and various weekend hours.
