Candidates are required to possess an earned doctorate in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Management, Managerial Communications, Operation Management, or Sports Management from an AACSB accredited institution. ABD's from an AACSB accredited school with an expected graduation date prior to August 2017 will be considered.

Primary duties are to teach five courses per year at the undergraduate/graduate level. Outstanding teaching and excellent communication skills are required. Candidates are required to have significant evidence of the potential for quality research. In addition to having an active research program, candidates will participate in departmental and university service and engage in continuing professional development.
